WORK LIFE BALANCE
Employees receive 11 paid holidays throughout the year. Depending on what day the holiday falls on, it may be a day off (bank closed) or a Floating Holiday (bank open non-processing day).
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Generous PTO is provided to employees, giving them flexibility to meet their personal needs, family obligations and to enjoy time away from work. Employees accrue PTO every pay period, beginning with their first WCB paycheck.
WCB encourages its employees to volunteer in the communities we serve. Employees may receive up to 16 hours of paid volunteer time per year.

WCB offers the following financial benefits to its employees:
401(k): WCB provides a 401(k) plan, including a Roth option, to help you save for retirement. WCB will match 100% of the first 1% of pay you contribute, and 50% of the next 5% you contribute each pay period. WCB also provides an annual company contribution to the 401(k) plan of eligible employees based on a percentage of pay.
Disability: Short and long-term disability is provided to eligible employees to protect your income in the event of an unexpected illness or injury, with WCB paying 100% of the premium.
Life Insurance: Employees are provided term life insurance with WCB paying 100% of the premium. Additional coverage is available for the employee and dependents with premiums paid by the employee.
Tuition Reimbursement: WCB encourages employees to continue their education and has a policy in place to assist employees with tuition costs for accredited college courses (undergraduate and graduate).
